programs and promoting chess in the Hampton Roads area.
If you need help establishing a
scholastic or open chess club, please call or e-mail us. Lessons
can be arranged for beginning chess players.

Chess in the Hampton Roads Area
Tuesday
Hampton Roads Chess Club - Norfolk
The Hampton Roads Chess Club meets every Tuesday evening from
6:45 to 10 pm
at the Beth Messiah synagogue, 7130 Granby Street across from
Granby HS. Play casual or USCF rated chess. Free to play casual
chess or watch the events.
Rated events have a small entry fee and require USCF membership.

Gloucester
Chess Club - Gloucester main library. The club
meets on Tuesdays from 6 to 8 pm. Contact/info is on site.
Williamsburg Chess Club - Williamsburg
Meets every Tuesday, including holidays from 7-10 pm at The
Williamsburg Landing
